Cancellation Policy: Because Mexican Box products are prepared upon order, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been confirmed and payment has been completed.

If your order arrives with:

  • An incorrect product
  • Missing item(s)

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product(s)
  • Your order number


Each claim will be carefully reviewed. If applicable, we will offer a partial replacement or store credit for a future purchase.
