Where do we ship?

At the moment, we ship only to Spain.
(We plan to expand to other European countries in the future.)

What’s inside each box?

Each box includes a mix of iconic Mexican snacks that are hard to find abroad.
The exact contents depend on the box you choose (spicy, sweet, chips, or mixed).

Note: Some items may vary slightly depending on availability, but the value and vibe always stay the same.

How much does the box weigh?

Each box has a maximum weight of 2 kg to keep shipping manageable and reliable.

How does shipping work?

• All boxes are shipped from Mexico via DHL

• Shipping is not included in the box price

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package

• Delivery time depends entirely on the courier. We are not responsible for customs or logistical delays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on:

• Destination city in Spain

• Total weight of the box

The exact shipping cost is shared before payment or at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on customs processing.

Will I have to pay customs or taxes?

Any applicable customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you accept cancellations or returns?

Because each Mexican Box is made especially for you, we can’t accept cancellations or returns once your order is confirmed and paid. 

Damaged Product or Error  

If your box arrives with a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, including:

• Clear photos of the product

• Your order number

We’ll review each case and, if applicable, issue store credit for your next purchase.

Are the boxes limited edition?

Yes!
Each drop is limited and once it sells out, it may not be restocked.
